Registration Fee
Notice
1. Registration is required for all participants and accompanying persons.
2. The registration fee is calculated according to the actual payment date, not the date the account was created.
3. Each Oral or e-Poster presenter must complete the online registration before submitting an abstract.
4. An electronic receipt will be accessible through the Member Center upon completion of the registration payment.
5. Online registration is available only until 23:59, October 20th, 2026 (GMT+8). On-site registration will be required thereafter.
Cancelation & Refund Policy
1. All refunds will be processed online. Refund requests submitted within 10 days of after each registration deadline will be full, while requests made from the 11th day onward will incur a 10% handling fee deducted from the original registration fee.
2. No cancellation requests will be accepted after October 30th, 2026 (GMT+8).
3. To cancel your registration, please contact the Conference Secretariat at 2026wioc@gmail.com and carbon copy tao.taiwan@msa.hinet.net
4. The registration deadlines for each phase are as follows:
- Super Early Bird Registration Deadline: April 30th, 2026
- Early Bird Registration Deadline：July 31st, 2026
- Regular Registration Deadline：October 20th, 2026
Group Registration
1. Groups of 10 or more participants are eligible for a 10% discount. For all group registration inquiries, please contact the Congress Secretariat at: 2026wioc@gmail.com
2. Group registration deadline: June 30, 2026
3. Group registration is available to overseas participants only.
