Cancelation & Refund Policy

1. All refunds will be processed online. Refund requests submitted within 10 days of after each registration deadline will be full, while requests made from the 11th day onward will incur a 10% handling fee deducted from the original registration fee.

2. No cancellation requests will be accepted after October 30^th, 2026 (GMT+8).

3. To cancel your registration, please contact the Conference Secretariat at 2026wioc@gmail.com and carbon copy tao.taiwan@msa.hinet.net

4. The registration deadlines for each phase are as follows:

    - Super Early Bird Registration Deadline: April 30^th, 2026
-  Early Bird Registration Deadline：July 31^st, 2026
-  Regular Registration Deadline：October 20^th, 2026
